Restored Ford F-250 Packs a Mighty Punch Under the Hood
Trucks just don't get much better than this high rolling Ford F-250 that's polished up like a fine piece of jewelry.
Bumpside Love
While many tend to prefer '70s Dentside Ford trucks over everything else, we sure do love our '60s Bumpsides as well. Especially when they look as good as this stunning Maroon 1968 Ford F-250 we came across at GR Auto Gallery.

Small Niggle
Yes, we said '68, though this truck now wears a '71 grille. Which we're sure that many keyboard warriors will undoubtedly point out. Regardless of that little niggle, we're loving everything about this beautiful truck.

Sitting Pretty
This F-250 is also sitting pretty thanks to fresh Skyjacker shocks and shiny 16-inch polished aluminum Pro Comp wheels wrapped with knobby Toyo M/T LT315/75R16 tires.

No Pits
According to the seller, the bumpers and much of the trim is new. Which makes sense, because they sure do look awful shiny, with no visible pitting you'd inevitably see on older trim parts.

Few Additions
The seller doesn't say whether or not the interior has been restored, but it sure looks like new. There are a few additions here as well, including Autometer gauges and a B&M Pro ratchet shifter.

Long List
And then there's what lies under the hood, which is a pretty stout 460 V8. The big motor packs tons of upgrades, including Edelbrock aluminum heads, headers, a mild Comp cam, 9:1 compression Keith Black pistons, an Edelbrock aluminum intake, and a Holley 650 Street Avenger 4-barrel carb that now flows 670 cfm.

Big Power
Altogether, that grouping of parts is good enough to put out an estimated 550 horsepower. It's all backed up by a C6 automatic transmission, which undoubtedly soaks up the newly added power with no problem.
