New Sensation

While many Ford Bronco restorations at both national shows and regional events boast their original patina as a badge of honor, there’s no shame in the thrill of new paint. This tiger’s eye-catching carrot-like hue pops on beach days and rainstorms alike. The shade is a custom-ordered hue provided to Velocity Restorations through paint automotive stalwarts PPG. BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A K02 tires affixed to Pacer Wheels complete the look of the truck’s killer stance.

Move On

The Bronco’s wholly reimagined interior is so mint it’d be a shame to muck it up with mud and sand —or would it? Black leather front and back seats offer an easy-to-clean urban elegance and playoff a jet-black dash that houses newly installed a newly installed Dakota-brand digital gauge cluster that houses the latest in Pioneer automotive audio technology. In addition, you’ll never have to worry about an uncomfortable journey regardless of where the road takes you, Velocity has utilized a Vintage Air onboard climate control system.

Back On Line

How does this 1974 rebuild differ from the original in terms of performance specs? First, it’s been elevated with a 3.5-inch suspension lift and Long Travel radius arms to increase comfort and stability on and off the pavement. The brand new 5.0 Ford Coyote crate engine is paired to a six-speed 6R80 transmission and rated at 412-horsepower.

Velocity’s restoration team also makes a point to provide modern drivers and passengers with something original Ford engineers didn’t when it came to designing plans for the original Bronco: legroom and cargo capability. The rear bench seat sits further back on the chassis, and also folds down to allow for additional space for gear, luggage, or whatever you need on the road or trail.

Obey the Orange

Form. Function. Fun —all without any needless pretense. They're all big reasons why the automotive world has embraced the Ford Bronco restoration trend like few vintage vehicle resurgences before it. That is exactly why the Ford Motor Company has taken notice and tweaked the upcoming Bronco. The 2021 Ford Bronco is slated to carry forth many of the charms of the original build with all of the input Blue Oval fans want in the do it all vehicle. But when it comes to driving a restored vehicle that you truly love, why not go with the updated classic?
