Stunning Example

Big-bodied 2nd gen Broncos are all the rage these days, but we've always had a soft spot in our hearts for them. Unfortunately, this rise in interest has driven prices to insanely high new levels. And we imagine that this gorgeous '79 we spotted at GAA Classic Cars won't go cheaply, either. After all, it's pretty much everything you could ever want in an old Bronco.

Lookin' Good

For starters, the exterior of this old Bronco looks like brand new. Perhaps the fact that it only has 44k original miles has something to do with that. The body is pretty much immaculate, as are the trim and chrome. No word on whether or not the Bronco has been repainted, but it looks great nonetheless.

Lift Me Up

As is typical with these Broncos, someone has added a 4" lift kit, along with 15x10" wheels and 32x12.5" BFGoodrich tires. But we can hardly blame them for doing so. After all, this look is absolutely perfect for this gen Bronco, and the mods certainly won't hurt its value at auction.

Perfect Compliment

The interior looks every bit as clean as the exterior, with a nice matching Light Sand vinyl that perfectly complements the Walnut outside. There are lots of nice options here, including captain's chairs, sliding side windows, a tilt steering wheel, air conditioning, and tinted glass, to name a few.

Ultra Clean

Under the hood, you'll find an ultra-clean engine bay filled with a 400 cubic-inch V8. The engine is backed up by an automatic transmission and a rear end stuffed with 3.50 gears. Additional notable options include skid plates, the Ranger XLT package, a super cooling radiator, and heavy-duty shocks, to name a few.

Rare Ride

The seller obtained a Marti Report for this Bronco, which notes that it's just one of 616 produced with this particular combination of paint color and trim. And honestly, we haven't seen a Walnut Bronco in some time. Combine those facts with this one's incredible condition, and you can bet that it'll bring significant money at auction.
