The Basics

Raptors are among the most exuberant and absurd cars on the road today. Their sheer size is enough to make a Prius wet itself and to make a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon have nightmares for a week.

This monster is powered by a 6.2L supercharged V8 engine making a whopping 411 hp and 434 lb-ft of torque. That's the third most powerful engine made by Ford behind the new 2017 Raptor and the GT supercar. It (obviously) puts the power down through all four wheels and is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.

This particular Raptor is so valuable because it only has 2,155 miles on the odometer...so it is practically new!

Standard Equipment

The raptor is basically an F-150 on steroids. The extras which come on every model include Fox Racing shocks, meant for intense Baja racing, a widened track, and stiffer components for crazy maneuvers, Brembo brakes for stopping this three-ton beast, and Nitto Trail Grappler M/T tires for that must-have offroad grip.

Added Options

The last owner must've had a spending problem because this raptor has nearly $30,000 worth of additional extras. The Addictive Desert Designs (ADD) package includes a front guard, 35-inch LED bar, special bumper and wheel arches with skull design, roll bar with wheel holder, and 20-inch HRE wheels in a matte finish.

Other Bits

The Raptor isn't just a Baja racer. It can do all of the everyday tasks just as well as any other F-150, only faster! The Raptor has a whole slew of safety features such as airbags for each of the passengers, ABS, backup camera, and much more. It also comes standard with Satellite Radio, iPod compatibility, CD Player, Bluetooth connectivity, and AM/FM radio.

The seats match the exterior color and will feel like it because they are also heated! All of this equipment means that the Raptor can be daily driven with ease.

Price

You may think that, after reading the last few slides, this Raptor would cost upwards of $80,000. Well, you'd be dead wrong. Streetside Classics is selling this bargain for only $55,995! That's $513.22 per month if you choose to finance. Most used Raptors cost around $30,000 for a good example but don't have all of the additional options that this one does. Finding an example with so few miles, in such great condition, with so many extras is like finding a unicorn.

This raptor also comes with the Title Documentation, Owner's Manual, Original Window Sticker. How's that for original?

The Competition

The best part about the raptor is that it doesn't have any direct competitors. Chevy makes the Colorado ZR2 and Silverado but nothing with this power or presence. Mercedes makes the G-Wagon but that isn't a truck. It also can't perform on the sand like the Raptor can and costs twice or thrice as much. Dodge makes the Rebel but that stands little to no chance and same with the Toyota Tacoma.

All of those before mentioned trucks are phenomenal but none of them integrate performance, pizzazz, and looks like the Raptor. It is truly in a class of its own.
