Rare

The custom 1962 Ford F-100 pickup pictured above is about to go up for auction. The fact that this is a custom build isn't the only thing that makes it uncommon; this model has a panoramic rear cab window and a unibody short box: a very rare configuration.

Custom Build

This custom build took approximately 2,000 hours, and it shows. Its previous owner fabricated new tubular cross members, and the original frame rails have been C notched and fully boxed.

A Beautiful Powerplant

Keeping this truck flat through the bends is TCI tubular Mustang II front suspension, and 4-link rear suspension. This model also features Air Ride suspension.

Drivetrain

This F-100 sits on 20-inch Foose Nitrous II wheels. These alloys are attention-grabbing, but whether they're to everyone's liking is another matter entirely.

Wheels

What lies under this pickup's hood is arguably more impressive than its exterior. It features an aluminum engine cover, inner fender wall, and custom air intake. It's also been fitted with Kaase cylinder heads.
