760 Horses

Before we even start to look closely at the wonderfully fabricated 1976 Ford Bronco, the one reality about the car that jumps out at you is the number 760. Our friends at Velocity Restorations went all out in building this truck and left no stone unturned when it comes to performance. But the Insane power output of 760HP at the flywheel is not the only unbelievably impressive aspect of this machine's character.

Supercharged

Under the hood lives a Ford Coyote 5.0-liter engine to power the beast. It is paired with a 6R80 Ford automatic transmission to manage the high power output. The (not so) secret ingredient here, however, is the enormous supercharger mounted on top of the motor. The 2.9-liter Whipple supercharger helps the V8 achieve 760 horses. The project was completed in a total of 90 days, and it was well worth it. As Cody Dabney of Velocity Restorations so eloquently put it, the power the Bronco produces will "scare the sh*t out of you!"

Modernized

Though at first glance you might see a beautifully restored 1976 Ford Bronco, the high quality of fabrication goes well above and beyond. Virtually every aspect of the vehicle has updated with the latest technology. The truck was built on a new IFS Bronco chassis, and with the modern drivetrain, driving the Bronco will feel like driving a brand-new Ford truck. It also has flush mount glass, A/C, modern headlights and taillights, beautiful leather interior, and hidden door hinges. But Velocity Restorations did not stop there. They equipped the Bronco with a cool sound system, digital gauges, and even a backup camera for your comfort and luxury.

Fully Equipped

The strokes of brilliance can be seen in the off-road capabilities of the car as well. Underneath, we have custom chassis with a durable independent front suspension and 4-linked rear suspension setup, ready for all kinds of terrains. Combine that with the gigantic off-road tires, as well as the custom roll bar, and you have the perfect off-roader.

Craftsmanship

The best of the custom-built additions to the off-road monster, however, is where Velocity Restorations most prominently left their signature. Upon closer examination, you will notice the hand-built front and rear bumpers, which are representative of the importance of quality in every facet of the build. Several other examples of such wonderful craftsmanship are visible all around the truck. And bringing everything together nicely is the beautiful custom dark green PPG paint, giving the Bronco a seriously classy look.
