1. Found On Road Dead

There is a common myth that Ford haters like to say, which is that FORD stands for Found On Road Dead. Although this is neither funny nor true, you will hear it over and over again until you just get sick of it. The best response to this isn't by saying, "no, it stands for First On Race Day," it is by driving off in your America's best-selling truck without saying a word.

2. Help Me Move

This is by far the worst thing a Ford truck owner can hear, and the problem with it isn't that they need to use your beloved truck, it is because helping someone move equals wasting a full day and almost breaking your back doing it. After the 20th time, some owners learn to make excuses, some learn to say no, but unfortunately, some owners out there still get stuck helping their friends move, and it never ends.

3. Why Do You Drive a Gas Guzzler?

If you own a Ford truck, people will wonder why you do it, after all, you could just get a Fusion Hybrid and save a fortune on fuel every year. Michael Jordan could've preserved his knees instead of playing basketball, but it takes some sacrifice to be the best. Ford truck owners are more than willing to pay the extra money for gas to drive the best truck there is, oh, and let's not forget that the new F-150 gets 26 mpg on the highway, so we're not making that much of a sacrifice.

4. Why Do You Need a Truck?

Most people think you need to be a construction worker, a delivery driver, or a gardener to own a pickup truck, but they don't realize that Ford F-150 is as comfortable as any car, with the added value of having a giant bed in the back. The same people will ask you to help them pick up their new couch from Costco, but the answer should always be a resounding "NO."

5. This is Too Big

Whether you let them drive your Ford truck, or they sit next to you, you are bound to hear, "this truck is too big." We don't know exactly what too big really is because there is always bigger, we just choose to have this particular size. The real fact is, their cars are too small, the F-150 is just right.

6. You Should've Bought a Silverado or Ram

If you ever hear someone tell you that you should've bought a Chevy or a Dodge, that's the enemy, walk away immediately. The debate between Chevy and Ford has been a heated one for years and decades, and even though talking about it won't accomplish much, Ford owners drive America's best-selling trucks, and the numbers never lie, so talking is simply unnecessary.

7. UGH - So Hard to Get In

You are guaranteed to hear this if you have a lift on your Ford truck, but even if you don't, you will still hear this 70% of the time someone is getting into your truck. Unfortunately, Ford hasn't made an elevator for the people trying to hike up your truck, but for Ford truck owners, we don't want to be anywhere near the ground, we actually enjoy the climb.
