Pre-Production Gem

While over 100,000 2021 Ford Bronco fans await delivery of their shiny new SUV, Ford has been cranking out pre-production prototypes to hone its processes and give us a sneak peek at what's to come. That includes this awesome Bronco Big Bend equipped with the Sasquatch Package, which Bronco Nation recently went over thoroughly in this video.

Front End Features

This Iconic Silver beauty is a four-door model with a Carbonized Gray front grille with Oxford White letters, as well as the upgraded signature LED headlights - an option on Big Bend trimmed Broncos. It's also sporting the optional Safari Bar, which Ford recently redesigned so that it doesn't cover up the "Bronco" lettering in the grille as much.

Down the Side

The front end of this Big Bend is also sporting Ford's heavy-duty modular front bumper with tow hooks. It rides on the Sasquatch Package's 17-inch Beadlock capable gloss black wheels with a warm alloy beauty ring, which are wrapped with aggressive 35-inch tires and framed by wider fender flares to cover the rubber.

Exterior Features

Underneath the doors, this Bronco Big Bend has powder-coated tube steps as well, which go where rock rails might otherwise be mounted. This particular Bronco is also sporting Ford's molded-in color (MIC) hardtop and upgraded LED taillights. In the rear cargo area, there are bags for storing the doors neatly in the back when you want to take them off.

Stadium Style

In addition to the door bags, there are also bags to store the top's components to protect them while they're removed. This Big Bend model is also fitted with weatherized floor mats, and as our host points out, the rear seats are "stadium-style," which means that rear passengers sit up a bit higher to give them a better view of the road.

Comfy Cabin

This Big Bend model features cloth seats, which our host notes are quite comfortable, and the cabin is quite quiet as well thanks to the now-standard sound deadening material on the top. According to our host, that resulted in a reading of between 68 and 70 decibels of interior noise while driving down the highway at 65 mph.

Adding It Up

This particular Bronco is fitted with the 10-speed automatic transmission and 8-inch infotainment screen, and in this configuration, starts out at $35,880 minus the $1,495 for delivery and $645 acquisition fee. Adding the Sasquatch Package costs an additional $4,995, which brings the cost up to $45,405, which doesn't include all the other options seen here.
