Daily Slideshow: 1977 Ford F-150 Super Cab Is One Smooth Cruiser
Loaded with options and in seriously fine shape, this gorgeous F-150 would be a nice addition to anyone's garage.
1. Tasty Combination
When it comes to '70s Ford trucks, you've got plenty of options out there at the moment. For most of you reading this, it might come as a shock, but there are those that once didn't appreciate these fine pickups. Today, however, that isn't the case. Finding a nice Dentside is akin to throwing a rock blindfolded - you're bound to hit one. But few sport the coveted combination of goodies this gorgeous '77, which we spotted at Streetside Classics, brings to the table.
2. Looks to Kill
It all starts on the outside, of course. It's there that you'll find one rather attractive and timeless blue and white paint combination. That job was done fairly recently, but it's pretty clear this isn't your average garage respray.

3. Got the Goods
This F-150 is also a Ranger XLT model, meaning it's got all the goodies you'd want from this era of Ford truck. On the outside, that means loads of shiny trim that nicely complements the pricey paint. Plus, the 15-inch aftermarket wheels are a nice touch that don't detract from the factory appearance.

4. Special Kind of Truck
Other nice exterior bits include a set of towing mirrors, chrome exhaust tips, and polished tie-downs. And you certainly don't see many SuperCab models from this era, which makes this classic Ford just a little bit more special.

5. Rare Option Below
Another rare option is one you can't immediately see - a factory under bed storage box that resides beneath the long bed. The previous owner of this beauty also went to the trouble of doing a spray-in liner to protect the inside of the bed from scratches.

6. Perfect Cruiser
Toss on a set of refinished bumpers, and you've got a stunning package that any proper Ford fan would love to park in his/her garage. The outside of this F-150 quite simply needs nothing and would make a real head-turning ride at your local cruise night.

7. Different Era of Luxury
The inside of this Super Cab promises to provide you with the best comfort the '70s had to offer, too. Plant your rear on the diamond-pattern bench seat and grab the dual spoke wheel, and you'll instantly be transported back to an era where luxury pickups were just a tad different than they are now.

8. One Fine Cabin
Unlike most '70s pickups, this one also sports a set of jump seats and some extra storage space in the back courtesy of that stretched cab. Throw in factory air conditioning, cruise control, and plenty of wood applique, and you've got one fine cabin to cruise around in.

9. Head Turner
Under the hood, you'll also receive the biggest powerplant available in any Ford truck in the late '70s - the venerable 460. A recent tune up included the addition of an Edelbrock four-barrel carb, which is a welcome change. Meanwhile, dual exhaust with glasspacks is sure to give it the kind of authoritative sound that's make people turn their heads.

10. Fair Compromise
Sure, your gas mileage on this long and heavy pickup won't be that great. But you also get dual tanks to take care of that minor issue. And who cares about silly things like fuel costs when you get to cruise around in something as cool as this classic F-150?
