Velocity Restorations of Pensacola, Florida has solidified itself as one of the premier names in four-by restorations. Their niche? Early model-year and original Ford Broncos. For the last few years, Velocity has turned out some stunners, and this cream-colored 1969 Ford Bronco is no exception. Thanks to that stunning original patina paint and re-imagined interior, this Bronco rebuild will be as comfortable on the Serengeti as it is in San Diego.

This fashionable four-by features a totally revamped chassis that includes a Dana 44 front axle and Ford 9” rear axle. The customized Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes feature Hydroboost assisted braking. A newly added four-point roll cage lends to the vehicle’s sporty appeal while providing a key safety component for driver and passengers.

From Italy With Love

Ford Bronco hobbyists and historians are all too familiar with the original vehicles rather modest, downright Spartan interior. Well, the Velocity team spared no expense with their restoration of this Early Bronco. In addition to a new Kicker brand stereo system powered by a digital head unit by car audio leaders Pioneer, this ’69 Bronco has been outfitted in premier Italian leather which looks as good as it is comfortable.

Creature Comforts

The vehicle’s rear fold and tumble rear seat, also wrapped in genuine Italian leather, tucks away for additional storage space. There’s also room for additional passengers when the situation allows, however, both of whom can survey the city sidewalk or desert trail under the safety of this Bronco’s sporty looking four-point roll cage.

Speed Demon

While Velocity Restoration’s never disappointed when it comes to exterior looks and interior comforts, it’s under the hood where they truly shine. This 1969 Ford Bronco restoration is powered by a Ford Coyote 5.0 engine masterfully controlled by a 4R70 four-speed manual transmission. It’s a powertrain designed to sound even sweeter through the vehicle’s custom-designed three-inch performance exhaust.
