Unique Ride

It's hard to do something different in the world of custom trucks because most everything one might think of has already been done. So when we come across a truck that's truly unique - like this 1964 Ford F-750 recently featured at Ford Daily - it's certainly noteworthy. And this amazing truck is definitely not like anything we've come across in some time, or maybe ever.

Dual Purpose

This old hauler was transformed into a multi-purpose show and work truck, one that's capable of winning trophies while also pulling just about anything thanks to its fifth-wheel hitch and dual rear wheels.

Few Updates

The interior of this classic Blue Oval has received a complete refresh but remains in mostly original condition. There is an air pressure gauge for safety purposes, along with an AM/FM radio with aftermarket speakers to provide a few tunes for whatever long journey it might embark on, however.

Ford Power

The big rig is powered by a 330 cubic-inch medium-duty V8, which was used in all of these trucks back in this time period. It isn't a powerhouse by any means, but it's more than capable of getting the job done, and in this case, is backed up by a five-speed manual gearbox.

Notable Features

Other notable features here include the presence of three gas tanks to keep this rig on the road longer, air brakes to slow it down, dual exhaust stacks, air horns, cab marker lights, and a fresh paint job that was laid down just a few years ago.

Fine Example

If there's a nicer example of a medium-duty Ford from this time period, well, we haven't come across it yet. This old F-750 has been given the sort of treatment we normally see applied to its lighter-duty counterparts, but rarely do we come across beefier trucks in this kind of condition. Looking at how nice this one turned out makes you wonder why.
