The custom mount was an F-250 mount that we removed the upper mounting brackets and the lower receiver brackets. We extended the mount with two large 3/8 steel plates that where temped using aluminum and marked up to have the exact mounting holes. The mount uses the factory leaf mounting bolt and bolts through the Icon Drop hanger. As you see we compensated for the Lift and the leaf mod I did on the Ex.
