I removed the valve completely and replaced with 1/8 npt to fuel an connectors to add my gauge. Even if the gauge is liquid filled it will bounce a lot due to mechanical fuel pump but the liquid helps dampen the rapid bounce a bit. All the parts were bought from Amazon.
