The driver side of the bumper was always 1/2" lower than the passenger side. There was no sign of damage or repair. When we leveled the frame we found the driver side of the frame from the radiator cross member forward dropped 3/8". I cut the frame at the front spring mount and then pulled the frame up to the same position as the passenger side.
