Of course I grinded away at the opening a bit to fit past the sector shaft, and while I didn't do this, I recommend you remove a little bit of material right where my thumb is placed. I would try it first before that because I was able to do it without touching it but, if some material was removed from that specific location on both sides it would help the puller fit over the pitman arm itself a little better. I had clearance issues but was able to wiggle it on far enough to pull it off anyway.
