Exhaust swap
I did some horse trading with some Jeep TJ parts and 60s Ford parts.
One of the things that I got for hauling it off was a 6.7 Powerstroke exhaust.
I'm wondering if I can adapt the chrome tips to my uglyass 7.3 tailpipe without butchering up the 7.3 exhaust or making it look ghetto.
Someday, I may want to go back to stock, which is why I have an attic full of car parts to trade with.
I actually think I may go with a catback in the future, something I never do, but for now, I would like to get rid of the uglyass tailpipe.
I bought a black tip for my last 7.3 and it looked pretty good for about 2 months, then faded and started to rust.

I looked at a couple catbacks this morning, but since we tow and spend 6-7 hours a day in the truck, I want it super quiet. I'm thinking that an aftermarket exhaust will get old about the 2-3 hour mark on a travel day.

I'll just throw a new amazon tip on there every few years. For 15. bucks a pop it's throwaway. Though I did opt for chrome so it's not gonna fade and rust as fast like the chinesium black powdercoat.
