Help! Black screen on 2019! APIM?
So the screen went black on my 2019 and I can’t get it to come back on. No back up camera and the USB ports don’t have power.
I tried the power/skip forward button, tried disconnecting the battery and just had the battery load tested. Nothing helped. It did come back on for just a few minutes a week ago but all black since then.
I have not tried checking for a Sync update?
Is it time for a new APIM? If so, where is the best place to get one?

I would also verify you have power to it. Check fuse/connections. I replaced my APIM after my compass got stuck on N and the AM radio would always come on after a restart. There was a guy on Ebay selling these, give him the VIN and he loads it up ready to go. I also had him add navigation which I didn't have before.

Try unplugging everything from the module tap the covers with the handle of a screwdriver, let it sit unplugged for 10-15min to be sure everything has truly powered down. You never know you may get lucky and bring it back to life?
