Medical Bites Me Again ... sort of
I have bought a quite a few vehicles from this dealer and they agreed to swap my chrome Ford wheels with new street tires and my Chrome Running Boards with F-250 brackets over to the new to me truck and put the black running boards and wrong rims on my trade. They also moved the WeatherTech Mats, Rain Deflectors, No Drill Mudflaps over to the new to me truck. They then swapped out my tie downs in the bed with the attached ratchet straps and the heavy duty bed mat over. Before my disease, all that would have taken me several hours, with this disease it would have cost me $$$$ as I couldn't do it now. I appreciated it.
So, basically what happened is the bad discs in my back tick off the Myasthenia Gravis, which ticks off the Arthritis and down the rabbit hole I go. Since they won't do surgery (I am auto immune compromised), My orthopedic doctor recommended heat and cold, to calm it down. It has been helping some, so I tried my "wife's" caddie Escalade's seats and even an hour drive left me feeling much better (after and during the drive ... the goal is to be able to drive 450 miles to Mesquite with both of us alternating driving ... sitting for 6-7 hours alone is challenging). The power lumbar also helped, so we went shopping for yet another "consolation to my health" truck. Don't tell the wife, but I also like new toys. The one I liked a lot is the Carbonized Grey Metallic (I almost always get white but there just aren't any here in the valley. I think higher end white trucks don't do well here because we have a boat load of white commercial, ranch and farm trucks). The "wife" was not wild about a non white truck, but finally agreed.
Here is the truck. You will need to visualize is with stock chrome rims, street tires and the chrome running boards with F-250 brackets so I can get in easier. I will get some new pics when I can get to a nice back ground.

The dealer's owner had a new Yorkie puppy and he let me hold it, and since I am known for living dangerously, I took this pic and here's the text I sent to my "wife". She was not happy.
I did tell her right away and she thought it was cute ... not buying the truck, but the puppy joke!!!!
She came by and signed the paperwork after she got off work so the deal is done. When she got there they had all the swaps done. She likes the truck but thinks I will want a white one. Told I would get it painted if that happened ... did I mention I like to live dangerously?
