98 E350 sometimes feels like it has a flat tire but Tire are good

I have driven 20k Miles and once in a while it will feel like I a have a flat Tire but when I pull over to check everything if fine, it also doesn’t last long, I am stumped as to what it could be.
suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Please describe "flat tire" feel. Is it pulling to one side? Does it feel like power loss etc?

no it just gets like a flat Tire is the best way I can describe it, the first time I was driving off Road and thought I might have damaged something or a flat tire, it has happened only 3 times in 20,000 Miles and it doesn’t last that long, it drives strait and I don’t think it looses power and when I put the trans in neutral it doesn’t go away, but I will put the metal to the peddle a couple of times and it stops, I am thinking that it’s in the Driveline but I am no Mechanic. It’s like a shudder or a shake, or thump thump thump like a flat Tire. thanks for the reply.

Get the van on a lift and look under it, my E350 developed a knot on the sidewall on the backside.

I have looked

This has only happened 3 times in like 20,000 Miles so I don’t think it would be a Tire, I am thinking it might be my Torque Converter, I know the Van is old but it only has 34,000, I bought it with only 13,500 and I have mostly driven Highway Miles. I know it’s one of those weird problems and I am hoping I can maybe get someone who has had this happen know what it is and tell me so when I bring it to a Mechanic I can better explain this it to him. Thank you for the reply.
