1963 F600 master cylinders part nos

found info as follows but the replacement parts don't seem to be an exact match.
photos below. (Note: i am not located near the truck so cant get more photos at present)

thanksThe most common identifiers for your 1963 Ford F600 are:

Brake Master Cylinder
  • Midland 30371 (or tag/stamp showing this) — This is frequently reported on original 1963 F600 units.26
  • Casting number: 300371 (or C3472 series, such as C3472SD / C3472D variants). These are common Midland-Ross castings used on 1963–69 F500/F600/etc. trucks.35
  • Ford OEM/engineering number: Often C3TZ-2140-C, C3TZ-2140-D, or similar C3TZ-2140- variants (single-reservoir design common with hydrovac/power brake setups on these medium-duty trucks). Bore is typically around 1.5” for power-assisted versions.10
These trucks usually have a single-reservoir master cylinder paired with a hydrovac booster (often mounted under the cab/floor or on the frame), not a modern dual-circuit firewall unit.

Clutch Master Cylinder
  • Typically a separate hydraulic unit (firewall-mounted on the driver’s side).
  • Common replacement cross: Dorman CM25517 (fits 1957–67 F600 series).
  • Ford part reference: Often in the B8TZ-7A543-A or similar clutch series. Look for a tag, casting, or stamp on the body (supplier like Midland or similar). Bore is commonly 7/8” or 1”.

Can you clarify what you are looking for? You have an interesting list of numbers, and a couple nice pictures, but you didn't tell us exactly what problem you need to solve.

Also, NOS brake parts are cores at best these days. The rubber parts will have deteriorated over the years and the bores may have pitted. At a minimum any NOS brake cylinders from the 60s will need to be disassembled, verified no corrosion or pitting in the machined parts, and have new rubber parts installed.
