The Dodge pattern is the same for those years but since the Dodge uses a cartridge bearing wheel hub the offset is different.
If you want to use the Dodge wheels you would have to use some bolt on wheel spacers. Without the spacers, the wheel hits the tie rod before it’s bolted up tight.

Don't forget the center bore of the wheel - they may be different. Ford uses a 124.9mm or 4.92" 2000s Chevy used a 116.7mm center bore. I'm not sure about Dodge...
GM, Dodge and Ford all used the same 8 x 6.5 bolt circle (Ford since 1953!) until the '99 Ford SuperDuty took it Metric at 8 x 170mm (6.7")
Be advised that the 2005-newer DRW SuperDuty (and 2019-newer Dodge duallys) are 8 x 200mm bolt pattern
