E350 7.5L RV... timing chain/water pump replacement

looking for a skilled mechanic in the southeastern Pa, area, to finish this job... was fudged by a mobile mech. It is all apart, cleaned and ready for assembly... by me. I've done several chains/belts, successfully in the past. I went in to fix the fumble and broke a bolt off in the block... took so long to get out I lost confidence in my ability to do the reassembly. I am still willing to, lol but just not confident. and no time cuz caring for mom 24/7.
Any who, I intended just to come look for where I can get some replacement bolts but guess am getting lazy n soft. so any recommendations of a competent wrench in montgomery co...
1989 E350 Mallard... from Arizona.
Help a brotha out

I wouldn't give up on doing it yourself
The only hard part is getting the front oil pan lip gasket installed
You can eliminate that gasket and just use silicone
That makes the job plug and play just assembly with bolts
The right way is to gorilla push the cover down to compress the gasket
I've done it both ways hundreds of times
On a MH chassis it will be easier to toss the gasket
You do not want a repeat repair or a leak

thanx manicmech... need to hear that encouragent sometimes. and I haven't begun to plan that oil gasket situation yet, it was still in the worry bout it stage, lol. so Thanx for the tip. more worried about the reassembly of components, belt driven stuff hoses n wires, etc.
seriously am tryna get the YouTuber Chris (NNKH) to do it. maybe he's too big for the common folks. but I could hope.

new development on timing chain install...
last year when I removed the timing chain cover, the chain was broken and I assumed I did that while prying off the cover. Now, however... while preparing to pull off them old sprockets... I find a foreign chunk of metal wedged between the double sprockets. clearly is what broke the chain.
Now Im concerned is there other damage to the motor because we cranked on it quite a bit tryna get her running while attempting to find the leak.I also assumed the fuel pump shutoff was the culprit, but not anymore.
Q. should I look for damage and what do I look for and how? or should I just connect the dots and keep rebuilding?

Ford 7.5 is a non-interference motor
Means the valves and pistons will not collide in case of timing chain failure
I'd connect the dots and keep building

aldata , gonna dig around in there tonight ... looks promising.
ahhhh... everything came apart pretty easy, so just gonna replace bolts and maybe few hoses. should I replace the rad? was thinking put the og back in and flush the system with it and then replace it if necessary, worked fine, just pretty cruddy in there.

I did what Manic suggested while working on my '77 AMC 304 V-8. I was underneath inspecting things after a four-wheeling outing.
The front of the oil pan had been sealed with RTV previously decades back, and it was Pooched-Out. _ Not good.
So I to a rag, a brush and Acetone, and cleaned the area super good after pulling out the old RTV bead.
The repair is now two years old and holding just fine. _ _ _ so you feel better about discarding the gasket on the front. _yep.

Line up the DOTS and go for the Gusto ! _ _ take your time and take lots of breaks for sanity.
When you install the Timing Cover, use the balancer to "Center" the Cover before torquing-down the bolts
I installed the Crank seal at a depth to ride where I wanted it to on the balancer seal surface. I think my balancer has a seal-sleeve too.

Manic will keep you straight.
I used a Cloyes timing set on mine. My timing cover had lots of electrolosis holes, so I replaced it with one from Summit. I had to chase the threaded holes first.

What's the 304 in Greaser?
Was the engine overheating Azeez?
I would at least flush the radiator out and go from there
His should have dowels in the block to align the front cover
Your 304 should have had them too
Those dowels are the reason to discard the front pan seal if not pulling the oil pan
I believe the old FE motors are the only ones that need the Damper (sleeve) to help center the front cover
Thanks for the kind words, Greaser
We are all in this together

E350 7.5L timing chain

manicmech and 007,,, bear with me as I'm moving in super slow mo... gotta take care momma 1st, 24/7 care... IYKYK.
rewriting this cause I timed out before I could send, sumbish,
Its so nice to get feedback from reliable sources, I really appreciate you guys!
Manic, that truck ran cross country like a champ only drinking some coolant, but not overheating or leaking anything...
I'm guessing somebody hitter with some stop leak that held for the trek from Az to Pa but the season change out west coast reversed it.
I didn't see any dowels on the block but I did mock up the cover and pump... seems pretty straight forward.
Maybe could use a 3rd hand ideally but should be fine.
Gonna try use my phone to get some photographs in here so you guys can see what am lookin at... before I cut that rubber gasket outta there.
