Hi everyone, i'm looking into converting my jump seat in to a center console for my 23 F250 however i didn't see any threads on here. has anyone done it and if so, do you have any idea how to convert them and how to get power/ AC to the rear?
Also i am currently looking for a center console so if anyone wants to swap i would really appreciate that! I have a Java Jump Seat looking for a Black center console. Any help would really be appreciated.
Not exactly what you are asking but a simple option for me. did a few times on regular cabs. this is from a 2009 F150
just need to make sure you get the one with mounting holes in the bottom vs the sides. the front bolts lined up to the front seat bolts the rear i blocked it with a 2x4 and leveled it out. there is a very small spot in the front that the opening in the carpet showed so I used some color matching fabric and tucked it under

May want to check out LKQ. You put in your truck info and drill down through the menu's and eventually get to "center console, floor, leather armrest". If they have any this is where they'll be. Took two weeks of checking a couple time per day and then one popped up. $120 plus shipping which is a variable based on where you are and where it is. Cost me $400 with shipping across the country. So far I've done nothing.

have you installed it? Also do you know why they would be asking if I have a upfitter switch and what not options?
I know nobody does this, or it's rare, so I won't keep posting progress if it's too boring.
Pulled the seats and center jump seat out, un-snapped the dash trim, and remove the HVAC / RADIO CONTROL bezel and set the new console in place. So far I need the new bezel PC3Z-26042C74-AA, the floor mounting bracket(s) PC3Z-26045B34-A, and the duct FL3Z-18C420-C to tie in the dash A/C with the console duct work. Waiting on parts so truck is down for a while.
As a reminder, the console came from LQK on-line for $120 plus shipping, which will vary by location.
I got this finished so I thought I'd post a couple of pics. I've always had console's in my trucks so this armrest/console/cupholder thing wasn't too good for me.
Looks really good, Thank you for all the info! Did you have any issues with electrical wiring or anything like that? I’m worried about the charging ports in the rear if they’ll work or if it’s a pretty simple plug and play situation

The rear USB - C ports work with the existing plug from your jump seat / console. The 12V works too.

sturdy.. this is a 2024 STX regular cab
Did your truck have the center jump seat? If so, do have the seat belt warning light on the dash?

What quantities of the extra parts? Did you need to get any extra bolts for attaching/mounting?
I had to purchase the dash bezel, two ducts, and two of the brackets shown. Each brackets use 2ea M6 bolt which I had to purchase from the local True Value bolt bins.
