Engine swap 92 non turbo into a 94 f350

I have a 94 IDI turbo vin K f350
I have 92 IDI non turbo vin M f 250
The turbo idi has blow by. I want to put the non turbo engine in the f 350 to replace the turbo idi engine.

Are there any red flags? I had issues putting the starter off the f250 onto the f350 recently. It wasnt large enough. And that made me question if there will be any surprises if I do this motor swap.

The f250 non turbo only has 130k miles witch is why I'm so excited to do it honestly and the body on the 94 is in such good shape.

direct swap. you can even bolt the turbo onto the 92 engine.

So after pulling the motor on the 94 I found a large crack in the driver side manifold. I also have some worry about the turbo. Almost to much play in the intake turbine.
I want to put the non turbo in the 94 truck as -is. Without putting the turbo on. This leads to the question of the wiring harness and computer. Do I need to swap the computers as well giving that it won't have the turbo on it ? Or anything else that may need to be swapped or looked over?

If the 94 is an IDI and not a power stroke there should not be a computer for the engine, still mechanical fuel injection. What I recall for wiring difference is the glow plug relay was relocated to the right valve cover on the IDIT. Could use 94 wiring and swap valve cover or swap wiring from older truck. Without looking at wiring diagrams I do not know for sure, my guess is they will interchange. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will correct this if I am wrong.

an IDI truck computer does not care what engine is in the truck as all it does is control the E4OD trans, not the engine.
the only input it get from engine is RPM.

So the non turbo is out and all I got to do it put the IP gear onto the cam gear. . The entire housing was removed a couple years ago not sure why but if anyone has any good threads on how to line that gear up that's the only major thing this motor needs and it's good.

Instructions found

I have the owners manual on complete rebuild for these engines. I really didn't even think about the manual. Gives step by step instructions on everything
