What if I need a tow?

What if I need a tow?
Hey folks, this is a request for general information. We travel often in our 2000 E-350 and tow a 5X8 trailer. I always try to keep things running and reliable, but I know that there may come a time when I need a tow. We have AAA+, but it's possible this combination of van/trailer if it needs a tow may not be covered.
If anyone here has been in this situation, what got you through it? Is there some other way to deal with getting the van and trailer towed at the same time?
Sorry for such a newbie question, just planning for the worst, hoping for the best. I hate to even bring it up : )

Just tell AAA that you will need a tow truck large enough to handle the van and a 5x8 trailer attached to it. I've seen many times where motor homes and trailers are towed together. If they send a flatbed, then it should be equipped to hook the trailer to a ball hitch after your van is loaded.
