Smile 03 5.4 Rebuild Thread Questions /Need Referance Pictures To Compare Mine

Alright gents!
On a 2003 5.4 F-250 2 valve.

Been knocking out getting it all back together.
(Waited 11 MONTHS for my Ford OEM Intake Manifold.)

Will update this top post with my progress.

Really just need pictures to compare and see where it connects/goes. PLEASE

1st off, back of throttle body passenger side, vacuum hole.
Goes to what!?!?
Getting people saying to me that the two smaller red hoses go on the bottom and the brake booster goes on the top. But if that's the case I dont understand what goes under the throttle body on the front passenger side one?
The one that goes under the cover right next to the throttle body.

What goes to this???

2nd question.
Small vacuum line gray, passenger side goes where!?!
SOLVED, goes to the heater valve on the heater hose.

3rd question! SOLVED
What are these lines called? Forgot they were so corroded when taking apart that I just ripped them off.
From the tranny to the cooler. Tranny cooler lines?

EDIT- Found one
https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...14853&pt=10343

Think I found the other one actually.

4th question! SOLVED
AC Pressure switch & AC compressor switch
The line coming off the alternator the main power line.
2 plugs on the bottom go to what? Pictures? After looking at my before pictures I figured out that they go
down right next to the alternator.

5th and final question..... so far. SOLVED Temp sensor behind alternator
What the bloody hell am I missing here?
A temp sensor?

seems like a mount for sensor?

Farther back pic

Thank you for any tips! Tricks! Advice! Anything.
If its even easier for someone to send me a picture all happily direct message you my phone number to text me a picture.

Bump,
Sorta talking to myself as I figure it out but maybe it'll help someone else that comes along in the future.
Only question left I have is the vacuum hose routing. The two on the passenger side and the one under the throttle body cover?

Thank you!
If & when its convenient for you!
Its 509-389-2053 Cell Garrett (Will edit delete it after.)

Only 1 of 2 items I have left is I'm having a hard time finding where on the wiring harness my passenger side O2 sensor literally just plugs in.
Picture or any its behind this ect are super helpful!

2nd item is the new stater motor I installed is having a hell of a time getting the old wires to fit to the proper lugs on the new starter.
If your under it at any time a picture of the starter wiring would be useful. Its been so long since I took apart maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Otherwise its looking a hell of a lot more together now!

Home Stretch! (Mess screen to help protect new radiator, new A/C condenser & new oversized tranny cooler.)

Thank you!

Thank you for all of your efforts documenting so many bits and pieces.

I am that future guy that you imagined, about to put back together a rebuilt 5.4 2V, finding very little info on the whole internet.

For further challenge points, I wasn't there when they disassembled for me, without bagging/labelling/photographing anything......and that guy no longer works there.....

......and did I mention I'm doing all of this in Australia!!!!!!!

Question - does the fact that I could not source one set of main cap bolts in all of Australia infer that NOBODY else here has rebuilt one of these???
