Question Hood Springs for 50 Ford F1

I have seen a number of posts on this forum about spring replacement on the 48-50 Ford F1 and folks seem to be able to obtain new springs. Where do you get them? I've about searched out the internet and havne't found a single or set of springs for the hood hinges....all I can find is a spring for the opening latch and I'm not sure that fits the 48-50..

Thanks!! Had not checked them. I got crosswise with LMC when ordering new screws to replace the headlights in my F1, the three machine screws that hold the retaining ring. Ordered them from LMC and they sent me sheet metal screws. I argued with them for several weeks that the screws were NOT what they sent me..to no availl. It wasn't a money issue, it was simply the fact that they have the wrong part. At the end of the discussion, I wrote them off for further orders due to their boneheaded attitude. but may have to reconsider if they have the springs I need....no one else seems to....

Midfifty has complete hinges with springs
What is wrong with the original springs?
If you need to clean off rust, soak them in Evap O Rust for a couple of days and they will look as good as new.

One of the original springs broke, right where the coils terminate and the hook is formed. Thanks for the info on Mid-Fifty.
