I’ve searched online but haven’t had any luck finding what I need. Does anyone know where I can find a diagram showing me what each wire is for and the gauge of them? I’m trying to get my rear sliding glass, passenger window, and entry light back working again. Opened the boot last night after doing some research yesterday and sure enough I have several wires cut in half in the door boot.

 

You won't find a wiring diagram for the boot area itself. You have to make a educated guess as to what all components are in the door, and then look them up in that area of the wiring diagram. Off the top of my head, you are going to have to look at the power mirrors diagrams, power lock diagrams, power seat diagrams, maybe the lighting diagrams if you have a orange turn light in your mirrors, etc. The only source for wiring diagrams I have for Ford is in this link, and you have to jump through some hoops to get to them.
