Are you asking for a step bumper? Flareside is different than Styleside, but Ford never offered a Flareside step bumper.

If a Styleside, a wrap around step bumper would have been aftermarket and there are several different types.

Ford introduced chrome & painted step bumpers for Stylesides in 1968, but do not "wrap around."

Styleside bed. Saw a picture of a diamond plate step bumper that looked pretty snappy. Truck is a 1966.
