This forum can't be healthy!

Last year I was going to finally pull the trigger and buy a F150. I live in Alaska and when i found out the trucks weren't coming out til december I decided to wait til spring. I was not impressed with the 2017 F150 reviews so i started looking at Super Duty's.

I ordered a F350 on Monday.

And now thanks to all you sick *******s tracking all the minutae of ordering, building and delivering a truck, the ETIS, COTUS and all the other items, I have fallen into the venus fly trap of anxiously awaiting my order....

Just put me in suspended animation for the next 3 months.

Thanks alot.... ;-)

Well at least to have time to figure out all the goodie addons you will want to do once it arrives.........

Best advice - let someone in another house hold your credit cards while you read this forum...........

This forum won't kill you when they find out how much you spent on your truck. I think wives are more hazardous to your health than this forum.

This forum costs me more money than it saved me. Every day I take a peek, I find something else that I have to buy...

I saw this post and had to join to reply. I took my 2015 F150 in to get some warranty items taken care of on Monday, instead a new truck followed me home. Problem is, wife is out of town this week and she thinks I am joking about buying it.

Agree. This forum has been helpful, but also gave me ideas that I didn't think of, and that cost me some money. There are worse habits out there....

Forum has cost me about 67,000$ and counting... and I'm new here.

The waiting game had depleted additional fundage.

I ordered my 350 and then joined this forum. Saved me a ton of money that way.

well.... my ETIS date updated to 7/20/17 yesterday. and i've spent $2000 on tonneau cover and color matched bushwacker flares. Now i'm debating on whether or not to lift it or leave it stock height. A shop in anchorage quoted me $4200 for a 4" BDS lift ( shipping to AK is the pits). Fox shocks $1000, Bed liner $650.

how much is this truck????.....
