Afternoon all. I hope everyone is staying high and dry so far. We're doing fine here, but parts of my driveway are taking a beating. It looks like I'm going to need to find a friend nearby who had a tractor with a blade and get a few loads of rock brought in when this all blows over. I wish I could afford to get it professionally redone, but the last person who said he'd fix it just put an expensive band-aid on it.

i hope everyone is high and dry.. the creek is trying to get up to the highest i have ever seen it in over 30 years.. it is just a few feet from the top of the bank outside my bedroom window.. it is moving very fast and full of trees and such... with the widow open the sound and feel is menacing... gotta love it when it is like this.....

Glad to see you haven't washed away RC. We've got an extra teenager this morning as one of the Grease Monkey's friends couldn't get home last night due to flooding. Both boys are now at the First Baptist Church in West Plains. I'm hoping to have a list of their immediate needs so I can start gathering stuff up today so I can be ready to roll as soon as the roads open later this week.

dave... does your auto insurance cover floods? .. i hope so...
my road is washed out dont think i can get down it.. i would imagine all the roads around me are in bad condition.. may be a few days or weeks before it gets back to normal.. with the rest of the state and county roads that were damaged i dont think my road will receive any attention for a long time..
