Also what can I do about my plenums, can I just use a plug from a exhaust expander tool and just smack it into the end of the plenum to help open it back up at the top?

Look at your plenum... Make sure there isn't a crease on the top where that pipe clamp goes. Also, I would try and get that swivel out unless you plan on getting some bellowed up pipes soon

riffraff makes some inserts that will prevent the clamp from collapsing the pipe

Driver side up pipe is very close to the head. I had a bolt fall in there and removed the lower connection for the up pipe losened the collector bolts and it wiggled enough to get the bolt out.

Riff raff lists them as a 99-02 part, aren't their plenums bigger? Will they still fit in ours?

While I was installing everything I took out one of the sensors on the hpop resivior. Alot of it leaked out. Should I refill it or let it refill itself once running?

You'll never fill it right up. Get it to an inch from the top and you should be good

I'm pretty upset at the moment. I got everything together and everything was running fine. Then my fuel filter brackets started leaking from the fuel filter rubber and won't stop. Then I noticed some oil coming from the pass side next to the tranny... I'm pretty sure the new orings didn't seal correctly on the turbo.... Once again I have to take the turbo off.

There are some plugs in the fuel filter brackets above the filters that I forgot to tighten. Make sure it's not leaking from there.

I used some Vaseline to hold those o rings in place when I reinstalled my turbo

Thanks for the suggestions sir. I tefloned and cranked them all down. I've been chasing the leak for the past 2 hrs. I'm almost positive it's coming from the second fuel filter at the top.

The turbo I'm almost positive I can take it off in 1hr. I've now taken it off and reinstalled it 7 times in the past month. Can I just use some high temp grease?

Does anyone know what the part number is for the second fuel filter on the strictly diesel kit? (NOT the water separator one) I'm just gonna try to swap it out with a different one and see what happens.
