Just read through your thread and what a sharp looking truck! You're giving me some ideas for my '99, but mine is in a bit rougher shape than yours. Have you thought of installing an 05 lower dash? I am contemplating it, as they have a nice little glove box right under the cubby, and they have upfitter switches that fit in the cubby also.

When you did your headlight conversion, did you get a new header panel or cut the original one?

Thank you! Lots more to do. I got lucky, I bought my truck from a older man who kept it in the pull barn all the time and didn't drive much. Umm I have not, I did think about up fitters but i would have to buy two up fitters for the amount of switches I have. That would be pretty expensive for switches, at least to me. It is a good idea though.

Got a few things for security for my truck, it will be well worth the money. Also, bought a deezee ram for my tailgate. Just installed that and I love it, well worth the money.

Thanks, by tailgate yes. The inside connections, are done by a wire splice connector that is provided.

No more orange reflectors and all leds for running lights now. Get new headlights with clear reflectors and new side leds for the headlights.

With lights on.

For real, I wish I could win the loto.

The plan I was I could complete- mid built 400 hp 12 valve, sound system, upgrade the electric system, rims/ tires(in spring), headache rack, ptm more parts.

If I got all of that done, that would be a dream build.

Finally had all the parts I needed to install my 2 7'' slim light bars under my bumper. I have 15% tint and I snow plow, so the more light the better. I wired these to go on in reverse or turned on by a switch.

7'' mounted under the bumper with 2 work pods under the trailer hitch. Together putting out over 14,000 lumens.

My switch set up for everything I have. Mirror heat, Strobes (green, amber, white), Air compressor, and the back up lights. Eventually buying a 20" light bar for the bumper.

Nice lighting setup.

Looks like you may need a F650 dash for all those switches soon.

Thanks! Helps that I work for a custom strobe and lighting company for vehicles- Wicked warnings. Yes, that would be nice, but just cant get over the price of the switches. Plus, I'd rather save the money for a sound system I have my eye on!

Did some upgrades this week. Original battery wire to my blue sea fuse block was cracking and not looking so hot, so upgrade to marine wire from gregs marine- great product!!

Also, added red led strips under the dash. I think it turned out pretty well.
