Ed, I was not able to get the parts that I needed due to funds. But your advice could not be priced. I still have not figured out the bug I have. But when I do and if I need a part to fix it, you will get the call.

This same scenario has played out with the parts manager at my local dealership. He has improved the customer base, made the inventory more liquid, started a bulk wholesale system for body parts and made the company a lot more money. I can't say enough about how he treats his customers and employees while taking care of business. But the top dogs seldom come in to the parts department and when they do, it is usually to complain about something. He was let go recently only to be asked back the next day. Must be a Ford dealership thing.
