Where is the fuel pump weep hole

Where is the fuel pump weep hole
I've searched the multiple fuel in the valley threads but I can't find exactly where the fuel pump weep hole is. I think it's either the banjo bolt or the fuel pump since there is only fuel at the back of the valley. It's dry at the front of the filter bowl. I can't see any drips anywhere when I watch it running with the Y-pipe off and the little fuel pump cover off.

If you stand at the passenger side steering tire and look in from the side you will see the filter housing and behind it the fuel pump. The weep hole leaks out just toward the front of the engine from the fuel pump mounting bolt closest to you, straight down so you cannot see it.
At least that is where mine was when it was leaking
- you could watch it while the engine was running.

I can't see anything leaking right now. I had a good view under the pump on the passenger side so if it was leaking it must not be the pump.
As I said, the front of the valley is dry. It could be one of those hoses going to the pump, but I really suspect the banjo bolt. I'll try reefing on the bolt once I get a 1-1/4 wrench tomorrow.

Ok, When you are in front of your motor looking down at the fuel canister, on the very back (firewall side) bottom of the canister is your fuel filter restriction sensor. There is a plug that clips onto it. Pull the plug and start the motor, can almost guarantee that is your problem spot.
Now if it is, it is easiest to replace if you remove the turbo y-pipe, being careful not to lose the square o-ring. Now you have two options, replace it with a new one from IH or ford or plug it with a 1/8 NPT brass plug. Its only function is to tell you when the filter is clogged, will not harm anything if you leave it unplugged and plug the hole.

I have an CD copy of the shop manual and it's totally devoid of any diagrams in this section.
So is the water in fuel sensor on the drivers side down low or is that the heater?

This is a fuel bowl from a 96. On the top,attached to the regulator is the filter restriction sensor. Below that on the side of the bowl is the fuel heater and below that is the water in fuel sensor.
Now this bowl is for a 95. The heater and water in fuel are in the same spot but the filter restriction sensor is down on the bottom of the bowl between the hoses. Also you can see the plastic strainer bowl that's below the regulator was deleted on the 96-97 canisters.

The fuel bowl looks like the '95. The regulator has a switch on the side of it, so I wonder if the FPR was replaced with a later one as a "upgrade."
The sensor on the back is there and it's not wired in. I'll be pulling the whole thing soon and then maybe I can figure out where it's leaking.
