Can I vote twice? I think it'd be fun to go to Cordova, as long as they are racing. I wouldn't really want to go there to see the pavement. Shoot, maybe a few of us can race. I wanna see what my truck can do in the 1/4 mile.
I voted keokuk the truck show is ok but not something I would want to bring kids to at all they would get lost, and bringing your wives/GF around a bunch of trashy truck drivers (yes I am refering to you,and me taz) might not be the best idea. besides it's pretty crowded anyway without us bieng there so our get together would get lost in the confusion.
Once they get going, Cordova is usually open every weekend, unless they have changed. It's been a LONG time since I got over there... we may have to get to Cedar Falls, Eddyville, or Cordova sometime this summer...
most every friday night is open night , run whatcha brung. we can test all night. early june they have a ford night. look it up on the website. they are open already

I gotta say Monsterbaby's comment about the I-80 being crowded (same kinda goes for Cordova) is a good point, but I-80 is right out my back door so goes my vote.
well cordova is just a hop from the iowa80 truck stop. i think maybe we could go to the truck show and then motor on up to cordova. although being a truck driver the last thing i want to see on the weekend is more trucks, pretty or not.
got that right, plus if you think about it, we could have a iowa vs illonois matchup at cordova. i know my ford is just about ready to eat some other trucks. i think i am getting up to around 90 in the 1/4 now but it is hard to tell cause i think i snapped another speedo doing that power stall i video taped for everyone else to see.

Only if they let us run in the grass I really can't see me running the quarter on cut boggers, and if I am running 165ft at around 50mph just how fast would that convert in a quarter mile?
