It is a gm style from summit racing, I had it left over from another project. It bolted right to factory bracket. I don't know how it will work with the drums, it is a 1in bore. The original single piston master had a 1 1/8 bore. I will see how pedal feels once I get front brakes back together.
good rust free cab? Gonna build a monster like the green one?
Not quite, no luck finding a rust free cab on the east coast in my price range. Bed is solid, cab has typical rust. I mainly bought it for the front clip and some other parts. Also have another f600 on trade for doing some work for a local farmer. It is also well used. Hopefully I can make one good truck out of 4.
1962 f500 that I picked up from local guy I'd traded some labor for. It's ruff but still has some usable parts. Also has a y block, my first it turns over by hand so I will see if I can get it running.
Cut a bunch of rust out of the roof, cleaned and treated metal. Also mounted the tail gate, it is from an earlier model. Looks to be the same other than the ford script and the latches for the chain.
