Rebuilding the original RAT 3 speed transmission. The shop manual is not a model of clarity and there aren't any YouTube videos on point (several differences between the Bronco trans and passenger car trans) so I'm figuring it out as I go along. Anyway, it's apart and coming back together, but the damn rebuild kit from Wild Horses has plastic thrust washers, so I sourced some NOS ones and now I have to wait for them to arrive.

The wooden bench with pegboard is my chainsaw rebuilding bench; has pretty much everything I need within an arm's length.
Nice set up for sure. I have a ok size shop (just not big enough for all my projects to be under cover). So when I find myself in the gravel, and on the old stock trailer pad....or climbing up the pallet step bench. I always drag the Milwaukee packout w/drawers mobile tool box with me. I even dueled the back wheels (later on) to make it more stable. Milwaukee's best invention ever.
