yes i can change the field to 0 from the 1 but it dont work. See my pic below. I didnt do the secure ie. maybe thats the other half now since the update.
but before the recall the disable double honk worked.
Sorry, but your picture doesn't even show the correct field for the Double Honk Disable, so I don't know what you were changing. Please specify in your posts what address you changed and what position.
Dumb question but gotta ask, did you hit return then do the Write All? After a shutdown and restart, reload BCM and see if the change took?

on the 2017+ superduty the double honk has the field 38-02.
on the 150 spreadsheet its at 41.
il change it back and change the correct field!
thanks for pointing it out!!
What you were changing is listed as Disable Door Lock Horn Honk. That's when you hit the lock button twice on the key fob and the horn honks to confirm it's locked. Good on a bright sunny day when you can't see the parking lights flash. Bad at midnight when you just got home from work and hit it twice out of habit...
It's listed correctly on your sheet, look for Double Horn Honk Disable a few lines up.
I had the DRL recall done too (I did not ask for it) and I was able to disable the double honk again. My 2019 F450 had police mode from the factory so not sure it that is why.
This adapter has a built-in switch, is capable of firmware flashing, and 9x faster than a regular USB Adapter like the OHP/VINT with toggle switch. I just had a conversation with the FORScan developer about it and this is the real deal and almost as fast as a J2534 adapter so it's a lot of bang for the buck and there is collaboration with OBDLink & FORScan on maximum compatibility. I've been testing this adapter out for the last few weeks and it doesn't disappoint!
Edit: sorry, thought I was logged in under my non-vendor Livnitup account when posted

Just downloaded the newest ForScan SW and it only took all of 60 seconds to change the tank capacity from the stock 34 to the new 60 gal. (Tank is an S&B). I was expecting to have to do data element changes as indicated in the spreadsheet but was surprised to find the newest SW actually just lets you enter the gallon and liter capacity in whole numbers and makes the appropriate changes for you. The spreadsheet was still invaluable to understand the module nesting and where to find the correct segment to edit. Thanks for putting this out.

I too was able to change my tank size to 60
however my DTE did not change, what did I do wrong?
Is there another name for the IPC module? I installed the Ford remote start, and I have everything installed and working, but I can't see the options for it in the gauge cluster screen. I have an XL, but I have the middle sized screen, not the tiny green one. I don't see IPC in Forscan.

Thanks.
If you're not seeing the IPC module then the issue is with your adapter or how it's configured in FORScan. If you're not seeing the IPC module then you're probably only seeing about 5-6 modules when you use FORScan because you're not seeing all the modules on the MS-CAN but only the HS-CAN modules. What adapter are you using?
