Heated seat help needed
I am adding factory heat seats to my X. When I had the seats recovered last April, I added new factory Ford seat foam pads with the elements on them, and added the factory Ford seat back elements too. I've already tracked down the seat valances allowing the power seat, and heat switches to be mounted, I've also rounded up the seat heating harnesses, and modules.
I'm trying to locate the factory passenger heated seat plug, C233M, & F.
I'm not expecting anyone to take their pass toe kick panel, or glove box apart, I already have. but maybe someone that already has pics from being in there prior, and/or who knows or has pics of what the plug looks like. Oddly enough I am already fused on both high and low amp'd circuits, with in and out spades, and voltage if I remember last checking. Those are Batt Junction Box #107 @ 30A, and Central Junction Box #28 @ 15A, the manual says I should have a connector (which I might not despite the fused locations) to the right of the I/P (instrument panel). Well, I can't find it. And tracing the wires back from the fused locations is not only near impossible, but a last resort, say when I'm retired.! I'd prefer NOT to scab into pre existing hot wires that might be within reach. I don't operate like that. Worse case I would just pull fresh wiring straight from the fused locations.
On the diagram C233 M or F (around the fuel cut-off switch area) appear to the the connector that I need to find if it's there, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks. Be careful pulling that triangle quarter kick, if you yank too hard it'll break the molded plastic tab holding the metal spring clip right off the trim panel. According to the diagram it appears to be a male plug tucked away in there. Should be easy for you to find if you already have factory heat seats.

I'm running wires for my XM radio and RCA's from the new radio to the back where I plan to install a small AMP and removable speakers/Speaker box. I'll see if I can get some time tomorrow to pull the passenger kick panel and find the wiring and connector you are looking for.

You're profile says "04" Navigator, what year X is that from above, and does it have a factory heated seat?
I'll have to look at the C233 plug specs more, the diagram above shows C233 to only consist of 1 RD/BK wire, so only a single plug?
Thank you for taking this pic by the way..

Thanks, doesn't look like any of those plugs have a RD/BK wire. The wiring diagram has me thinking that C233 is a dedicated plug for just the heat wire, Connector 233 must serve as a connection point for other wires. I'll study the manual more when I have time. Thanks to both for the pics.

Yes, they do.
Go to the back of your wiring book. Section 150 page 12 (150-12). You will find a diagram of the plug, shape and pin-out. It has 12 pins, so it is one of the plugs in my (and Shelby's) photo. Pins 8 and 12 have RD/BLK wires. One for the driver side, and one of the passenger side.

Sorry to be off topic here, but if anyone has the wiring diagram for the 04 V10 EX w/steering wheel control, I'd really like to know which wire(s) they are. I found LB/PK and TN both on the 16 pin rear seat entertainment control panel connector, but they do not seem to do anything,

Ahh yes, both are present and accounted for. Thank You. That's the first I've had to look at the manual since I started this thread. I've been installing a couple hundred feet of additional chain link fence the last few weekends to include the garage I had built, and tie in to the existing fence around the house.
Circuit 295 is on pin 1, and circuit 1153 is on pin 8. I missed the terminal identifier, I was stuck on thinking there was only plug laying around in there. I just need to pluck out C233 and look at those pin locations, and do a voltage test.
Any chance there is a toe kick to seat harness at the Gold Mine? Our u-pull it yards put these vehicles away from the public, they only let you ask for what you want, if they have and Excursions at all. I have befriended a private lot owner who has 6 or 7 Excursions, he usually lets me go on the yard to get what I want provided I call first to get his blessing, and I don't destroy anything while removing what I need, he's 2 hours away though.
