I just wanted to say I love your build. I go through this thread about once a week and reread and look at the pictures. I am still awhile away from doing any suspension swaps but really like how you kept the ride height up, that has always been my beef with the CV swap as the height was just not right for ME. Great work.

Btw, what engine are you running? I have missed that in all my perusal of your thread.

so the 1961 heater core started to leak and while taking it apart the hose on the intake manifold it snapped off. so now I need a intake and heater core. I was just happy in was in my garage.

cough cough hack hack)well I am not to sure if my attempt of making a new headliner is going to look good. I am 6ft 2 and this gives me a couple more inches of head clearance.
I have to trim the edges and cover the ends of the headliner with some kind of molding and finish the corners. only good this is the cloth material was cheap.

I am going to put the trim molding where the chalk lines are. this will hide the headliner under the trim.

Great build, I'm starting mine ('64 Fleetside) in Oct/Nov. What did you use for gauges?

Thanks,

I am pointing to what's left of the heat core intake inlet

I had a heater core leak n the inlet hose on the manifold broke off so I picked up a new intake. the old one was leaking in several places.

Sweet ride red05! You've done a great job on that. I am doing a '64 project right now and need a new steering column. What make and model is yours and what make and model is the steering wheel? That is exactly what I'm looking for. Automatic column shift? What motor is going in?
