Well I've been trying to finish a bunch of loose ends on my truck and my bumper is one of them I never really finished it and painted it like I wanted so I'm finally working on re painting it and taking my time on it I'll post pics here soon

20in light bar cut hole with a cut off wheel and ground the edge smooth finished edge with reinforced water proof filler to sand and paint ready to have my bumper back on what do you guys think
Well I know it's been a while but my bumper got messed up here a while back a mount broke due to being loaded on a tow truck incorrectly well I fixed it but I'm waiting to reinstall till I finish repainting it and finish my new modification to it

I know you already had it painted black and it looked great. It would look great painted to match the truck too.

Did you save the cardboard templates? They are a real timesaver for anyone building a bumper and you could probably sell copies of them.

Yeah I should still have them somewhere been a while can't wait to get it finished up this time gonna look good now with actual clear coat on it

Great job on the bumper! I'd like to build my own variation of a bumper similar to yours someday down the road. Would you be able to take some pictures of your mounting brackets and supports behind the bumper for us?

Well guys I finally have a couple extra days to get few things accomplished so I'm gonna finish my bumper already bought paint just gotta finish up getting it sanded and hopefully I'll spray it this evening and then I can put it on in a day or so

It's okay I wish it looked better there's some bad places in it when u get close to it but it doesn't look to bad

Well obviously I won't run them down main roads but i got them cheap and figured why not the bottom one is hardly noticeable unless ur at a distance or sitting down
