Good morning guys....
Well I don't have to worry about staying hydrated.. Storms have finally overpowered my sump pump... What this picture doesn't show is the other 90% of my basement which is soaked carpet, furniture, etc...
Good morning and have a cold tasty beverage on this first Fall thirsty Thursday MN

That's effin awful Randy. There's never a good time for a disaster like that, but right before you leave is terrible. Good luck with it all.

That is a drag to say the least Randy. So sorry.
We had well over 5" of rain here. My rain gauge was full.
Good morning Jay!
We have had less then a tenth of rain this week so far.
I think it may have been worse down by Randy but there were floating cars and flipped tow trucks in Maple Grove last night. Haha
I was at the Twins game for a while and it was pretty good there until the bottom of the 3rd inning. No rain there at the beginning of the game but already flooding in the north metro.
Thx guys.. Taking a short coffee and back-rest break now.. Pulled a bunch of soaked carpet and padding out.. I still have a few more hours of work left.. A buddy is coming over after work to help me pull a very expensive rolled up area rug out and into the garage where we hope it can dry out.. Then it's up to the dehumidifier and sump pump..
I'd call my insurance company but doubt they'll do anything without jacking up my rates..
We got 10.5" last month and have more than that so far in September.. Our August and September avg is 5"..
Lawns have had standing water for weeks now..
