Good evening everyone!
Busy day today. Our company got an events trailer today, so I traded the F350 off for another Focus. I'm happy with that, much better suited to what we do. The trailer is pretty nice, and they loaded it with lots of stuff for an Army display at various events.
Unlikely.

No worries about flooded basements - that's for sure....
I lived in Texas for 12 years and the only houses with basements were ones built by yankees that just had to have something underground.. You had to pay for it too as the ground there was rock hard and very difficult to work with. I never missed it.
