No, just finalized the offer. It happens to be a realtors house, so worked it all out with him. Still a couple things to cover though. Inspection is on Thursday. Very nice house in Hampstead. Not the land I was looking for, but this gets us in a house fast, which has major benefits.

There is room for the camper, yes. Big double gate in the fence even.

Looks way more fancy than it is. No basements out here, so what you see is what you get.

Good evening everyone!

Busy day today. Our company got an events trailer today, so I traded the F350 off for another Focus. I'm happy with that, much better suited to what we do. The trailer is pretty nice, and they loaded it with lots of stuff for an Army display at various events.

No worries about flooded basements - that's for sure....

I lived in Texas for 12 years and the only houses with basements were ones built by yankees that just had to have something underground.. You had to pay for it too as the ground there was rock hard and very difficult to work with. I never missed it.
