Cab Floors

I ended up having to watch that whole video jmeyer cuz it was so funny! And thanks for the bolt cover answer pkupman!

Here's a few more pics of the next stage. Of course I cleaned everything! That cab hasnt been that clean since it rolled off the assembly line! Then i sanded off the rust and hit it with "rust inhibitor primer" then shot the whole floor with a rustoleum rattle can just to make sure no bare metal was exposed. At that point i saw that fordnfishin had put on a spray sound dampener which reminded me that i'd read about how people were having really good results using "frost king" duct insulation for that purpose on some corvette and custom sound forums. So I ran to home depot and bought a couple of rolls of that and proceeded to lay it down on the floor. It came out slightly cheaper than LMC's sound deadener kit but took longer to install since LMC's product is pre-cut.

And here's the charcoal gray carpet. I'll have to take the running boards back off to get the new weatherstrip in, of course, but went ahead and put them on for now.
