Ok, here's entry #1-
72 F250 passing itself off as a 69, with F100 badges. Brand new 360, disk brake swap, power steering swap, and a tow strap. Why? Because the rear u-joint went and took the driveshaft and yoke with it. It'll be parked a while.
Next:

72 F100 4x4, running 352 for the time being, front clip from my 69 F250 that isn't bolt on yet, D44HD high pinion front, D60 rear, Nissan power steering. Maybe in a year or so it'll come off that trailer and I'll be able to work on it again.
The last victim:

81 Courier, parked due to blown rear diff. It pushed the cross pin out until it hit the pinion, at which time it pushed back hard enough to crack one of the carrier bearing caps. It'll be back on the road next week sometime.
