I have read through quite a few posts about changing out the O-rings in the seperator valve but have not found anything with pics to help make it more clear to me, (first diesel). I am looking for this because the other day, one of my co-workers walked by my truck about an hour after I had parked it and he said he could smell diesel fuel from about 6 ft away. I went out another hour later and could barely smell it and only on the passenger/front and front of the truck. I am assuming that it is this o-ring issue, but just want to be sure. On occasin, I get the smell inside the cab but it clears up pretty quick when I head down the road and only when i have let it sit to warm up in the mornings. Any thoughts ?
