OK so you did have some codes stored, so lets think about this some more.

Since you have a TPS trouble code & the throttle plate stop screw appears to have been messed with/backed off, it'll need to be reset, so maybe review this link which has instructions for setting the idle stop screw & checking the TPS out. Not sure yet what to make of the P1504 Intake Air Control circuit malfunction. Have you checked/back probed the IAC voltage at its electrical connector??? At KOEO, between the VPWR pin to ground you should have 10.5 volts or more. The IAC should measure 6-10 ohms, with the meters + lead on the VPWR pin & the - lead on the IAC pin. There is a diode in the circuit, so if you get the lead polarity reversed to the meter or the IAC, it'll read different.
