Show a pic of the truck and let us know whether or not its 4X4.

33" would fit nicely, and look proper.

if your suspension is stock, the 33s will fit with minimal rub. when you pin the wheel or the suspension articulates (like when going over rocks), you might get some fenderwell rub. but for the most part they should be alright

jplinville 11-22-2009 07:11 AM

Those look like 265/70 tires currently. That's 31.5" (roughly). I doubt you'll have much rubbing issues going 1.5" larger.

alright, guess 33's sound like a solid choice, i was pondering 35's but that sounds like it may be trouble, and by the way my current tires are 235/85/r16

A1C DiMaggio 11-23-2009 02:55 AM

if you got a leveling kit, you could probably fit 35s just fine. if it were me though, i would wait to get a 4" suspension lift and go with something a little larger

tbenks 11-23-2009 05:21 PM

ok thanks, do you who makes a decent affordable leveling kit?

jetedwards 11-23-2009 07:05 PM

try www.suspensionconnection.com and 80-98 Ford F250 4 Wheel Drive - Top Gun Customz

if you dont see something you like just search for 87 f250 leveling kits. you should be able to find something.

Some people think these are too big for no lift, but I didnt have a problem with the way it looked

tbenks 11-24-2009 09:50 PM

well i think im gonna go with a set of 35"s those 36"s look real nice on your truck man, and if they rub ill just go with a leveling kit, anyway i traded my 98 vw jetta for this 87 f250 4x4 6.9 diesel, so it didnt cost me a thing, not bad eh?

Blue Rebel 11-25-2009 11:22 AM

No, not bad at all. your 87 will still be on the road when that 98 kicks the bucket

broughy84 11-25-2009 11:39 AM

Ive got 285/75/16 on my 89 f25 4x4
