Part # for glow plug relay
Im looking for a part number for a glow plug relay for a 97 PSD. I found the motorcraft # DY-860. Is this the one I need??????

The other GPR that has been recomended is the STANCOR #802-586-902 cost around $43.00. You might want to Google Stancor or Mouser Electronics

The Stancor GPR is rated for 200 continuous, and 600 initial amperage. The NAPA and Motorcraft ones, but my guessing, are more for more like 50 amps. Glow plugs draw 160 amps. Do the math and you can guess why my Napa 110 relay burnt out in month and half after getting it.

i bought one from orylieys autoparts the other day dont know the part number but it was $70 so far so good.
